St. Brigid's KitchenMission Statement In response to our call as people of God to provide hospitality and caring to those in need, we will welcome persons coming to Brigid's Kitchen as guests at the family table. We will treat everyone with equal kindness. We will love each other and have profound respect for each other. At Brigid's Kitchen we are only treating the symptoms of hunger, not the disease of inequality and oppression that causes the hunger. The disease of injustice demands the attention of all of us, and its solution will regrettably take time. Meanwhile, the symptoms remain. People are hungry today. They cannot wait for a more just tomorrow. Therefore, we are compelled to feed the poor because God demands it. | MealsBrigid's Kitchen serves meals on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays- 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. | VolunteersVolunteers Brigid's Kitchen is a totally volunteer ministry run by five teams of dedicated, hard working, and committed people. From its inception, Brigid's Kitchen has operated without a budget and relies solely on the goodness and generosity of others.
